Buying Terms / Returns etc - 

The postage costs are included in the prices and items will be sent by recorded delivery. If paying by cheque please allow 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear before items are dispatched. 

Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of receipt if an item is faulty and then a full refund will be given. 

Please note that as no two semi-precious stones are identical the item may vary in colour slightly, from that shown on the website.
